HuaKai Valve Industry's mission is to provide customers with high-quality products and competitive prices to meet their needs. Established in 2000, the company produces approximately 60,000 valves annually. HuaKai Valve Industry manufactures gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves, plug valves, butterfly valves, and more, with production specifications ranging from 1/2" (DN50) to 48" (DN1200) and pressure ratings from 125LB to 2500LB. The valves are available in materials such as WCB, WCC, LCB, LCC, WC6, WC9, C5, C12, C12A, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, CN7M, Monel, Inconel, Duplex Steel, and others.
Huakai Valve Industry's quality goal is to provide customers with high-quality valves by establishing a comprehensive quality management system. It has currently obtained certifications such as ISO 9001, API 6D, CE/PED, and TS. Huakai can produce castings for valves and other mechanical components in dozens of materials, including carbon steel, high and low alloy steel, and stainless steel, with an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons.
Currently, production is carried out using the investment casting process, with main equipment including a complete set of wax pattern production facilities, medium-frequency induction furnaces, natural gas roasting furnaces, trolley-type electric heat treatment furnaces, and shot blasting machines. The primary testing equipment includes a German SPECPRO spectrometer, hydraulic universal material testing machine, impact testing machine, impact test cryogenic bath, impact specimen notching machine, metallographic microscope, X-ray machine, magnetic particle inspection machine, and wall thickness gauge.
Huake Valve implements strict quality control from raw material inspection to process inspection and final inspection. The factory is equipped with a series of advanced testing instruments and equipment for various inspection and control stages, such as spectral analysis, mechanical properties testing, non-destructive testing, thickness measurement, and more. Huake has over 200 sets of processing equipment, including mechanical machining, welding, heat treatment, machining centers, and painting lines, with a maximum machining diameter of 2500mm and a maximum single-piece weight of 10 tons. CNC machine tools and machining centers are employed to ensure product performance. |
